We appreciate the comment of our patron about the Capitol Theatre sound system and are happy to announce that the Capitol Theatre has now invested in new sound equipment that should bring the listening experience back to what it should be. Thank you for your loyalty and patience while the Capitol Theatre responded to this evolving situation.

I'm really unhappy with the sound system. I attended all of the last two seasons performances and I come away everytime grousing about the sound. The worst so far was Dan Buettner's talk. The dropped words, the back feed and echoing spoiled the experience. Last time I went I complained to the audio guy but it has been no better. I suggest that the audio guy goes down fron and sits in rows 3 or 4 for 30 minutes and hear what we hear.
I love your choice of speakers and always look forward to going always hopeful the sound will be good.
I am rethinking whether I want to join again next year.

Thank you and Town Hall for bringing David Brooks. He was excellent! What a treat it was to hear meet him Friday night and to hear his lecture the next day. Aren't we all in love with him. Oh how I wish there were more like him in positions of power.

Kudo's to Town Hall

Hugs, Peggy

David Brooks was absolutley wonderful! My husband and I have enjoyed him so much PBS's Newshour with Jim Lehrer; however, he was even better in person!

I have one suggestion/request/favor to ask of the Town Hall Board - please, please return the listing of restaurants in the vicinity of the theatre with maps! This has been so helpful for out of town attendees (like my friends and I) for the past 4 years.

Thank you for the great speakers you bring to Eastern WA!

I was at Rotary today and I must say, the women who put on the Yakima Town Hall Series are quite lovely and entertaining speakers in their own right.
